Putting on events takes a lot of effort BEE-hind the scenes. And as the saying goes, more hands make light work! One easy way to help our community is to volunteer to help with a specific event. You can do this in two different ways:

• You can contact the event hosts (listed on the event description) and offer to be a member of the event panning team. There are lots of roles!

• You can sign up on your RSVP to be part of the set-up, welcome, or clean-up crews.

At Hive Love, we feel it is important for each event to have, at minimum, a Coordinator and Facilitator.

COORDINATORS do a lot of BEE-hind the scenes work - such as managing the RSVP's, signing up volunteers, and answering questions from attendees.

FACILITATORS do the highly visible work of leading the event - including the opening circle, connection exercises, closing circle, and holding the container for the entire event.

Starting in 2025 we’ve opened up an Event Planners' Hive for everyone who wants to help create events for our community!

We’ll work together to plan out a wide variety of opportunities for connection, affection, and play!
